Total Reclamation Sand Cycle
We combine sand preparation, reclamation and filtration into a single efficient cycle.
- 1Mixer
New and reclaimed sand is blended with resin and hardener at precise dosing.
- 2Moulding Lines
The ready mixture fills the moulds; cured moulds move on to casting.
- 3Casting Lines
Molten metal is poured; after cooling and shake-out the sand returns to the system.
- 4Mechanical Reclamation
Used sand is crushed, scrubbed and de-dusted until it is reusable again.
- 5Thermal Reclamation
Residual resin is burned off at high temperature, restoring the sand to virgin quality.
…and the sand returns to the mixer.
