Foundation
TES-SAN was founded in 1994 by Galip Yarar to carry out project design, contracting and sales activities in the heating sector. From the day it was established, the company aimed to provide solutions for industry needs and build long-term partnerships through a reliable service approach.

- 1998
Heating Product Manufacturing
In 1998, TES-SAN expanded its field of activity and began manufacturing the heating products it had previously sold.

- 2004
Transition to Industrial Boiler Manufacturing
In 2004, TES-SAN significantly expanded its operations and production capacity, transitioning from residential heating systems to industrial boiler manufacturing. During this period, it began manufacturing thermal oil and steam boilers for the needs of industrial facilities. TES-SAN thus expanded its product and service range by developing expertise in industrial process heating systems alongside residential heating solutions.

- 2010
Filtration Systems
In 2010, TES-SAN further expanded its activities and began manufacturing filtration equipment for the foundry industry. With this step, the company combined its experience in industrial heating systems with filtration technologies and focused on developing dust and particulate filtration solutions for foundries.

- 2012
International Partnership
The high-quality filtration equipment TES-SAN developed for the foundry industry attracted the attention of a UK-based company. TES-SAN subsequently began manufacturing filtration equipment for that company's customers in Türkiye. As part of the partnership, TES-SAN also undertook machinery and equipment installation for the company's projects in Türkiye, demonstrating its capabilities in field applications and technical installation as well as manufacturing. This partnership became an important milestone in strengthening TES-SAN's ability to manufacture and deliver projects to international standards.

- 2017
Focus on No-Bake Systems
In 2017, TES-SAN reshaped its field of activity in response to the needs of the foundry industry and developments in the market. It focused on resin-bonded sand systems used in foundries (No-Bake systems) and began manufacturing machinery and equipment in this field. That same year, TES-SAN successfully commissioned its first 10-ton mixer system for a customer in Bursa, demonstrating its expertise in resin-bonded sand preparation technologies.

- 2018
Mechanical Reclamation
In 2018, TES-SAN continued its work on mechanical reclamation systems for the foundry industry and successfully installed, commissioned and delivered a 6-ton mechanical reclamation system to another customer in Bursa. Through this project, TES-SAN further developed its technical knowledge and practical experience in reclaiming resin-bonded sand and preparing it for reuse.

- 2022
First Fastloop Export
In 2022, TES-SAN undertook an important project that brought its foundry expertise to the international arena, receiving its first overseas order for Fastloop moulding equipment. Ranked among the world's largest and highest-capacity moulding systems, the equipment represented an important project for TES-SAN's engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning capabilities. At the beginning of 2023, installation, commissioning and testing were successfully completed and the system was delivered to the customer.

- 2024
New Factory
In 2024, TES-SAN moved to its new factory to meet growing project and production needs with stronger infrastructure. Commissioning the new production facility expanded the company's manufacturing area and production capacity, enabling larger and more comprehensive projects to be carried out simultaneously. This investment marked an important step toward TES-SAN's growth objectives and strengthened its production capabilities, particularly in foundry technologies, sand preparation, reclamation and moulding systems.

- 2025
First Thermal Reclamation System
In 2025, TES-SAN took its work on sand reclamation technologies for the foundry industry to the next level by successfully commissioning its first thermal reclamation system. The system, with a capacity of 3 tons per hour, was installed for a customer in Ankara and delivered after its installation, commissioning and testing processes were successfully completed.
