Wet Sand Reclamation Plant

The capacity of a wet sand reclamation system is determined by the amount of waste sand generated in the foundry and how many hours per day the system will run.

The wet process is designed especially for reclaiming used bentonite-bonded foundry sands. The sand passes through washing, dewatering, drying and classification stages before reuse.
